We offer worldwide shipping on all orders with as minimal packaging as possible. All orders are shipped from our Lagos Studio using DHL. Check the services below for more details.

Domestic Shipping

LAGOS STANDARD: 7-10 Work Days after order. Fridays Only (₦5,000)

LAGOS EXPRESS: 2-4 Work Days after order (₦30,000)

LAGOS PICKUP: Minimum 7 Work Days after order. Fridays and Saturdays Only. Unable for Express Delivery (Free)

NATIONWIDE STANDARD: 10-14 Work Days after order (₦12,000)

Free delivery on all orders over  ₦350,000

* Kindly note that work days are  Mondays to Fridays, and the count starts the day after your order is placed. 

International Shipping

REST OF AFRICA: 12-15 Work Days after order (₦35,000)

EUROPE & UNITED KINGDOM: 12-15 Work Days after order (₦45,000)

CANADA & UNITED STATE: 12-15 Work Days after order (₦55,000)

REST OF THE WORLD: 12-20 Work days (₦60,000)

Return & Exchange Policy

We appreciate your support for Desirée Iyama and we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. As all products are made to order to your own size or custom measurements, We are unable to issue a refund if you change your mind.

Kindly visit our size guide page to ensure you choose your correct size or leave your own measurements in the notes when you checkout. If unsure or your mind changes within 3 days of purchase, please email hello@desireeiyama.com with any questions.

We accept free alterations for all domestic orders if the fit is not as desired, please email hello@desireeiyama.com within 3 days of delivery and a return address will be provided to you for alterations. Each customer is entitled to two free alterations. Kindly note that the customer is liable for any expenses that arises from selecting wrong sizes or providing inaccurate measurements.
