As the Assistant Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations Desirée Iyama. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of various brand activities, from product development and marketing to sales and customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker, a creative visionary, and a proactive problem-solver who can embody the essence of our brand and drive its success.
Lead and manage all aspects of the brand’s operations, including production, inventory management, quality control, and supply chain coordination.
Collaborate with design and production teams to create and launch compelling fashion collections that align with the brand’s identity and resonate with target customers.
Assisting with the creation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage the audience, and drive customer loyalty.
Develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and partnerships to achieve revenue targets.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment. Coordinate with different departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
Plan and execute brand-related events, fashion shows, and collaborations to enhance brand exposure and engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing brand operations and driving growth.
Good understanding of fashion trends, consumer behaviour, and market
